List and Set Terms - Vaults & Single NFTs

To start receiving loan offers on Arcade.xyz, NFT owners can list and set loan terms for listed single NFTs or Vaults on the platform. The single NFT or Vault will be listed on the Arcade Loan Marketplace and open to offers from lenders.

The benefits of setting loan terms on single NFTs and Vaults:

• Lenders can start a loan instantly on set terms.
• Lenders can make specific loan offers on listings - NFT and Vault owners can then accept offers on their assets.

Instant Liquidity with Vaults

The Arcade community of borrowers and lenders actively participate in providing liquidity offers.

NFT owners can start a loan with a collection offer instantly - mint and deposit NFT(s) to a Vault and accept a collection offer to access instant liquidity on Arcade.xyz.

Listing and Setting Terms on Vaults and Single NFTs

1. On the Borrow page, the owner should select a single NFT or Vault to set loan terms and list on the marketplace.
2. A detail modal will pop up displaying the information about the asset. To set terms, owners must enter the Token, Principal, Repayment Amount, and Duration.
   Once the terms are entered, the owner should hit the Sign Terms button in the app and a wallet prompt will appear to submit a signature for the loan terms.

Signature Request: this signature will enable the protocol to set loan terms on the single NFT or Vault.

3. After signing, another wallet notification will appear to approve the gas spend from the connected wallet (Function: Approve). Owners must confirm the wallet transaction to set terms and list the single NFT or Vault.

Approve: enables the protocol to spend gas to commit the loan terms to the Vault.

4. Once confirmed, a notification will appear in the app that the on chain transaction is pending.
   After the transaction is complete, there will be another notification in the app to confirm that the transaction is successful and the terms have been set and the single NFT or Vault is listed on the Arcade Loan Marketplace.
